Our behavioral health services are available in-person to established primary care patients. Our Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides counseling for patients ages 5 and older. Our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides medication management services. Both behavioral health staff members work with our primary care providers to provide team-based, holistic, patient centered care.
