Prescription Refills
The most efficient way to refill a medication is to contact your pharmacy, which will dispense the medication as long as refills remain on the current prescription. If there are no refills left on the current prescription, the pharmacy will notify your doctor’s office to request a new prescription. We require at least 3 clinic business days to process refill requests. We cannot guaranteed that Alpine Apothecary has all the medications that we prescribe in stock. We are happy to work with any pharmacy of your choice.
Labs
We are not a laboratory, but we do provide the service of lab draws for our established patients. We cannot accommodate walk-in patients for labs so please call ahead to schedule an appointment. We are only able to allow this service for our established patients. Please contact the Clinic to find out when lab services are being offered.
Immunizations
We offer all required pediatric vaccines as well as most adult vaccines. Please call the Clinic for further information about this service.
We offer flu shots at the Clinic. Depending on your insurance, there may be a cost to you. Please check with the Front Desk to understand any payment that may be required at the time of your appointment. We are unable to provide flu shots to patients under the age of 7 who are not established patients at the Girdwood Clinic. Those pediatric patients will need to see their primary care provider for their flu shots.
